Awards night

With the festival only a week away it's probably about time we gave some details of the awards ceremony on the Saturday night. It's going to be lots of fun, I promise, with Amy Stephenson and Shane Langan from Diet of Worms hosting the event. They won't be doing it all alone as there'll be musical performances from Padraig Rushe, Grand Pocket Orchestra and The Hot Sprockets.

On the night there will be six awards handed out:

Best Directed
Best Shot
Best Cut
Best International
Best Video
and
The BrayMVF Rising Star Award

We won't be releasing details of the nominees before the ceremony itself so if you come along and you fancy your chances you might be joining the others on stage before the night is out.

So lots of entertainment and the excitement of the awards, and the best part, it's only 5 euro for the lot. So please do call and book your tickets for this special night as we'd hate anyone to miss out.

Thanks again for all your support and I hope to see you next week.
