Editing Masterclass with The Colonel Tony Kearns

Theres likely to be a couple of workshops as we have three confirmed already so this is just a taste of what's to come.
As one of the top promo editors in the world Tony Kearns has cut videos such as The Prodigy: "Firestarter", The Artic Monkeys: "When The Sun Goes Down", Radiohead: "Just" and Blur: "Parklife", to name but a few. Over and hour and a half Tony will pass his insights and advice on how to not just survive but be at the top of the pile in promo editing.
We are selling just 50 tickets for this and it is highly recommended for anyone who's serious about making music videos.

We've been busy watching all the entries over the last few weeks and all the hard decisions have now been made so we'll be letting everyone know if their videos are in or not in the next week. If your video is chosen for a screening and you wish to attend you will be entitled to a free ticket but it's important that you contact the Mermaid to confirm that you will be taking your ticket.

Ticket for all screenings and the Tony Kearns workshop will go on sale from Friday morning from the Mermaid Arts Centre box office on 00 353 1 272 4030

In the meantime you can check out some of Tony Kearns editing here:
